The ledger holds names, not dossiers. Here is everything we keep, where it lives, and the things we will never do with it.
What we keep
Your name and email, written into the Founders’ List when you offer them. A phone number and a note of your interests, only if you add those yourself. That is the whole inventory — no accounts, no profiles, nothing gathered you didn’t hand us.
Where it lives
The ledger itself is kept in Sanity, the content database behind this site. When you sign, Resend carries one welcome letter to your inbox. Those two, and us — no one else holds your name.
What we never do
We never sell the list, trade it, or lend it out. No ad trackers, no tracking pixels, no retargeting — a few letters a year is the entire arrangement. And if you’d like your line struck from the ledger, write to hello@homesteadfarmhouse.com and it’s struck.
