6:04 — to 22:40
One day, all in.
The all-inclusive isn’t a package — it’s a rhythm. Here’s how a day at the homestead unfolds, first light to lights-out.
Arrival
A gate, not a lobby.
Arriving here means a gate opening onto the farm — no queue, no marble counter, no wristband.
A name, a map, and “dinner’s at six; the goats are that way.”
6:04
first light
Coffee on the porch, mist on the pasture. Nobody’s in a hurry — least of all you.
18:45
golden hour
The ridge turns gold, and dinner smells find the whole property.
22:00
stars on
No streetlights for miles. The sky does the rest.
Come as you are
Whether you’re a couple seeking romance, a family craving adventure, or a solo traveler looking to slow down — the homestead has a place for you.
As a couple
A wall of glass, a saltwater soak, and nowhere to be.
As a family
Mini goats, creek days, and marshmallows on long sticks.
On your own
Quiet mornings, a class worth taking, a week that resets you.
On wheels
Full hookups in the creek meadow — and the whole property opens to you.
And someday, gatherings worth a whole meadow — we’re building toward it.
How it works
Three choices. That’s the whole system.
The homestead arranges itself around them.
01
Choose your stay
From the all-inclusive Guest House to glass-front pods and full-hookup RV sites — pick the comfort and pace that suit you.
02

Go all-inclusive — meals, guided tours, e-bikes, and classes handled — or take a bare rental and keep it simple.
03
Add the experiences
Cooking classes, trail rides, wellness passes, zip lines, workshops — add only what calls to you.
Date-based reservations open as we approach our opening. For now, join the Founders’ List and you’ll be first to book.
